OUR CLASS POLICIES & Important Financial & Refund Information

  • All of our classes are either month-to-month, week by week or session by session as listed. There are no refunds after an after school or half day/no school day/ holiday or break program or class fee has been paid. There are no make up classes.

  • If you would like to join a session after it has begun and inquire if we have space, please contact us and if there is space we will prorate the amount for the session based on how many classes are left.

  • Our workshops, all Outpost After Dark events, and Teen Nights are paid in advance and we do not offer refunds unless the class is canceled.

  • All adult artists, or guardians of youth artists, must sign a waiver for media and liability online or upon the arrival of the first class or workshop. We strive to create a safe environment for all our young and adult artists and take all measures to ensure that it is. You may download a copy of the waiver here.

  • Our refund policy is limited due to the lean staff and resources that allow Evanston Art Makers Outpost to offer the quality classes and opportunities we develop at affordable pricing.

  • Our Summer Camp refund policy:

*Full refund if canceled prior to March 15th.

**50% refund if canceled before May 1st.

    ***No refunds after May 2nd.

****If you need to switch sessions after registering that is allowed and we will make it as easy as possible for you as long as there is space in the program you are switching to.

  • Partial & Full scholarships are limited and we are working to expand what we can offer as we grow. Please contact us to request a scholarship or get on our wait list. The scholarships we have are given on a first come, first serve basis. No info other than the request for a scholarship in the amount needed is required. We are committed to NO Barriers for all scholarships.

  • We are a NO GUN zone, no creating fake guns or pretend guns, brining toy guns or depicting guns is allowed in our space.

  • We have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech, bigotry or discrimination, threatening behavior or any action verbal or physical that is harmful to our students, space, patrons, staff, visitors or others.
