Birthday Parties

Kids + Teens Parties are held Saturday or Sunday for 1.5-3 hours between 10am-5pm, and are based on availability.
Evening youth, teen & adult parties & custom event evenings can be arranged based on availability.

We can host parties for ages 5-105 but our art making parties are capped at 25 participants.

KIDS’ PARTIES

Age 5 turning 6 years old | 20 guest maximum | 1 hour of art making $300 includes 10 guests | + $50 for 30 min of food/cake time | +$30 per additional guest (up to 20 guests max)

Ages 6-17 | 25 guests maximum | 1.5 hours of art making $350 includes 10 guests | +$50 for 30 min of food/cake time

*$30 per additional guest over 10 guests

(25 max for age 6-17 | 20 max for age 5 turning 6)

Maximum of 4 adults (helpers, caretakers) for 60 or 90 minute art making party

*+$50 for extra 30 min for food/cake

** +$30 per additional guest beyond initial 10- (20 max participants)

***Any food brought in must be served by party host and all plates/flatware/cups etc…supplied by party host

 

Price includes:

  • Private use of Art Makers Outpost space for duration of party with 2 facilitators

  • Recycled art project demonstration based on your choice of project

  • All materials, Art supplies & recycled item materials based on your project choice set up for creating imaginative art

  • Use of studio for duration party

  • Use of table and chairs, kitchen, fridge, music

  • Clean up

  • All food must be served by party host (AMO staff can set up and clean up but cannot serve)

If desired-bring your own decor. No confetti or glitter decor in the gallery.

  • Design your Sign (could be your name/a quote/ a word-kids choice etc...) / Collaging & painting galore

  • Recycled wall art- cardboard, yarn string and decorating/painting

  • Painting techniques on canvas- Paint party + $65

  • Imaginative creatures, monsters, robots - build your creature & bring it to life with googly eyes & decor

  • 3D Scenes- Fairy gardens, Minecraft, Imaginative Lands & Monster Dens 

  • Full open create whatever you want- +$75

  • Wooden Creations-create a tree or wall hanging +$50

  • Sewing- Free Form, Bags & totes, Wearables +$50

  • Customize 0-+$

  • Slime! + $65

Project Ideas for 5-6 year olds included in price: Select from these or email us to customize based on your child’s desires!

  • Canvas painting: use tempera, watercolor/salt, and a variety of “brushes” to create a one of a kind painting. 

  • Modpodge collage: using cardboard as a base, children will create a collage using a variety of papers and upcycled items.  

  • Creature creation: Using cardboard, various papers, and upcycled items (pipe cleaners, google eyes, puff balls, etc), children will each create a creature, monster, robot, animal, etc. (birthday child can choose type of creature to be made)

  • Masks: Children will use upcycled materials to create a wearable mask. + $50

  • Letter Wrapping: children can embellish a cardboard Initial using various yarns, ribbons, and upcycled materials.

  • Woven Wall Hanging: children will weave various yarns and ribbons to create their own wall hanging. can be embellished with beads and upcycled items. 

  • Collage Rainbow art: children will create a rainbow using upcycled materials 

  • Suncatcher: children can create art to hang in a window either using tissue paper or beads. 

  • Slime:  Children can make their own slime with the help of Art Maker Outpost staff additional +$65 to total

  • Private Art Parties for adults begins at $450 for up to 10 guests for 2 hours | + $50 for food set up | +$50 for BYOB | + $50 for each additional adult (up to 25 participants max) (+$ for special projects) Email info@artmakersoutpost.com to inquire about booking and projects & special requests.

  • Private Cocktail Parties with full cocktail set up (tables, table clothes, high boys, cozy couch area and sound system usage) begins at $750 for up to 3 hours & 50 guests and includes assistance with BYOB food set up & byob alcohol set up / beverages (Additional 25 guests + $250) (Bringing in your own Band or DJ +$200) (you must provide all your own serving utensils, flatware, cups and serving trays & ice)

  • Space Rental for meetings requiring no additional supplies begins at $350 for 2 hours for up to 25 people. Special set up +$.

  • Private Workshop Space Rental requiring none of our supplies begins at $350 for 2 hours for up to 20 people. You are responsible for all clean up of your supplies.

A waiver signed by a legal guardian OR by each adult is required for all participants who participate in art making at AMO. You may find our waiver HERE.

They will be provided at drop off on the day of the party. We suggest you add it to your invitation to ensure full participation by your guests.

Any child without a signed waiver by a legal guardian will be unable to participate.
